If a monster attacks, your opponent takes the damage. You can only use this effect once per turn. The selected monster is treated as an equip card of "Sacrifice". IMO, all cards that have other monsters link to them (this goes for things like unions, cyber darks, ect..) should have some sort of this effect. Just sayin.
