Your thoughts on this? It's got 4400 ATK/DEF and it has effects that can absorb other effects, and impose a heavy cost (half of the player's LP) when triggering Spells and Traps.

When questioned on the effect-absoprtion ability, he had this to say.

what does a drill do spin its a spinning force that creates a gravitational pull of course

Pretty much says the power of its drill(s) suck(s) up monster effects and allow Spiral Star to use them as its own. TBH, it's hard to say where the drills are given the art could be better, but that's neither here nor there.

(Addendum: If Spiral Star's effect is used on Legal!Obelisk, which effect will win out, Spiral Star's cancelling effect, or Obelisk's immunity effect?)

Hey it isnt half bad, For a Drawng its pretty cool. A lil' over powered tho. TOne them down or Give'em some negative effects, like pay 1000 life points to attack.

thanks :3 but it takes alot to bring him out plus the poly or miracle so i think its ok his two effects effect both players so it seems fair but i like that idea of the attack ill think about it XD

Picture: 2/10. A drawing.. Really?

OCG: 3/10. OP'ed, "This Card can't be Destroyed"

Total: 2.5/10. Good job.

Well, I understand it's ridiculously OP'ed, but I think you should give more credit for a hand-drawn drawing. It takes a lot more work to draw a whole picture than to look up one online.

Sorry if this sounds rude, but I feel that hand-drawn drawings should not be looked down so much.

Anyways, 5/10 for the effect and 9/10 for the picture.

Overall, 7/10. Just try to make your cards more balanced :D

first off all, that pic is horrible. second, waaaay too op'd. third, effect is stupid. 0/10

Once again, no offense, but don't you see that hand-drawn drawings require much more effort and creativity? Plus, it's not a bad drawing at all. Please don't criticize the pictures; It's definitely more work than to simply copy an image online.

Have you seen YOUR cards? no room to talk.

As for this card, the pic is cool if you really drew it. post the effect and i'll actually tell you what i think.

god i love jerks of the internet for one the pic didnt go well when i resized it it became pixel-like i did put alot of effort into it unlike you roach it took me 7 hours im not very artistic you know for one even if its effects are a little of key i think its requirements and meaning make up for it but you are just a rater so what do you know about worth? :3 for all who defended me thanks and ive been a member for months just havent joined forums probably because of crappy feedback like rochster's. meh.

ore wa dare da to omottieru!!?(who in the hell do you think i am) i did put huge effort into him 7 hours worth not to mention its the 2nd version the first i finished but wasnt satisfied, all after being inspired, and for one all of its effects are SYMBOLIC so a rater wouldnt be able to see that part unless he were a friend, heres how it goes. he holds the power of two great forces a fighting spirit that of gurren lagann's and a martyr giving dragon stardust his strength is that of a galaxy in spiral energy levels. as he sits on the arena his strength is that of a drill spinning inward and outward it creates gravity that makes spells and traps nearly crumble in order to use them you must pay half your life to stablize there use like a cost would be required, both players must do this even me. the effect draining and using ability is that of drill an inward spin draining effects and the outward spin using them, again effects even my other monsters so all my others will be weak. the last effect is representative of each duelists own fighting strength or life points if mines are higher he stands strong like a diamond if mines are weaker he shatters like glass easily.

Hey, don't be down. My cards with hand-drawn pics just get ignored; at least you got attention (however poor).

Now, the card itself.

The first effect, paying half of your Life Points every time you want to use a Spell or Trap card? That is not a good effect.

Second effect, a field-wide Savior Star Dragon (negate + absorb)? That's not as bad as the first effect, though it IS OP'd.

Third effect, no destruction as long as your life points are higher? You should probably move the "pay half your Life Points" cost here for destruction prevention rather than a stupid self-killing effect each time you want to use a Spell or Trap card.

Overall, an overpowered card, which is why it's not in the "Realistic Cards" section. I'd give it:

Art: 8/10 Pretty good for self-drawn, not perfect but at least you put the effort in. (Better than what I can do at least...)

Effects: 6/10

Avg: 7/10

Not a bad card, but you need to work on card grammar.

thanks :3 well i was in a rush to type the effect from paper to computer i was rather excited to get my work into card form but...with broken cards like scar red nova i think its ok it requires 2 m or more for each synch the two synchs which are already amazing alone and a spell like poly so 7 cards is quite a bit XD thanks for the good feedback :3

I brought this up with Crow some time ago, and we agreed on a better version. I can't locate the revised card, but one of the changes was that it could only negate one effect per turn, and we at least tried to make it clear that the only way to Special Summon it was the old fashioned way, take those two Fusion Materials, and only those two, no substitutes or extras, and a Spell Card designed to activate a Fusion Summon, like "Polymerization".

it already does and can only use an effect absorbed once per turn is anyone taking in the fact that bringing it out costs 7 cards and two very powerful monsters? O.o
