Red Joker
This is my first time making cards on here and I wanted to try something with a Planetary Feel to it. So I decided to start a set called "Planetary Impact". These cards focus on paying life points to trigger their effects, so when you have multiple "Lunar" Monsters on the field, it can make for a high risk high reward play style. I'll start off with the centerpiece for the set and continue on from there.Oh and if anyone could help on how to properly spoiler tag and image and text together, I'd appreciate it. (Already checked the help topic too) Downgrade all "Lunar" Monsters in both players' hands and on the field by 1. All "Lunar" Monster gain 200 ATK and DEF points. Once per turn, you can select 1 "Lunar" Monster from your deck. Pay life points equal to the Monster's ATK and add it to your hand. During your Standby Phase, pay 300 life points. If you do not, destroy this card. Once per turn, you can pay 400 life points to return 1 Monster Card from your Graveyard to your Deck. The Deck is then shuffled. If "The Moon That Never Sets" is on the field, you can activate this effect twice. Pay 1500 Life Points. For the next 2 turns, you can activate the effects of any cards that require you to pay Life Points without paying the cost. If this card is removed from the field, remove this card from play.If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your Opponent, randomly select 1 Card in their hand and send it to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can pay 500 life points to remove the selected card from play instead of sending it to the Graveyard. If "The Moon That Never Sets" is on the field, you can negate the Life Point cost for this card's effect. While this card is on the field, "Lunar" Monsters you control cannot be targeted by Opponent's Spell Cards. If this card is used for a Synchro Summon, the Summoned Monster gains 600 ATK Points until the End Phase. If "The Moon that Never Sets" is on the field, you can pay 400 Life Points to select 1 "Lunar" Monster from your deck and send it to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can pay 800 Life Points to special summon 1 "Lunar" Monster from your graveyard in face-up defense position. The selected Monster's ATK and DEF and reduced to 0 and is destroyed during the End Phase. Increase your Life Points by 1000 during each of your Standby Phases that this card is face-up on the field. You can pay 2000 Life Points to change the level of any monster on the field. If "The Moon That Never Sets" is on the field, this card cannot be destroyed by Trap Cards. If this card was drawn due to a Card's Effect, you can Special Summon this card. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to increase the DEF of any Monster you control by 500. If "The Moon That Never Sets" is on the field, increase the selected Monster's DEF by 1200. If this card was Tribute Summoned, gain Life Points equal to the amount of cards in your hand x200. Once per turn you can pay 500 Life Points to discard the top card on your Deck. If it is a "Lunar" Monster, gain 1000 Life Points. During your End Phase, this card loses 700 ATK Points. If "The Moon That Never Sets" is on the field, this card loses 400 ATK Points during the End Phase. If "The Moon That Never Sets" is not on the field, destroy this card. Once per turn, pay 400 Life Points to destroy 1 Monster on the field and gain Life Points equal to half the destroyed Monster's ATK. If this is the only Monster you control, it cannot be destroyed by battle (Damage Calculation Applies normally). 1 "Lunar" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner MonstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy cards on the field equal to the number of "Lunar" Monsters on the field. This card is treated as "The Moon That Never Sets". You can pay 1000 Life Points to skip your Opponent's next Draw Phase. When this card is destroyed, take damage equal to the number of turns this card was on the field x400. 1 "Lunar" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner MonstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, you can remove from play up to 5 cards from your Opponent's Graveyard and return up to 5 cards from your Graveyard to the bottom of your Deck. This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF points for every "Lunar" Monster on the field. This card is treated as "The Moon That Never Sets". This card cannot be Normal Summoned. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of the Ritual Spell Card "Shrouded Arrival". Once per turn, you can pay 1500 Life Points to double this card's ATK. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard, destroy all face up monsters on the field. If "The Moon that Never Sets" is on the field, You can pay 1000 Life Points to activate this card's effect. This card is used to Ritual Summon "Lunar Commander-Radian". You must also Tribute "Lunar" Monsters whose level equals 8 or more and have a combined total of 3000 ATK or more. Send 1 Monster you control to the graveyard. Gain Life Points equal to the Monster's Level x300. If the Monster's Name included "Lunar" in it, gain an additional 500 Life Points. Select 1 Monster you control. As long as this card is on the field, that Monster cannot be destroyed by battle (Damage Calculation applies normally) and its ATK is halved. During each of your standby phases, pay 200 Life Points. If you do not, destroy this card. This card can only be activated when two or more monsters on your side of the field are destroyed. Gain Life Points equal to Half the combined total of the destroyed Monsters' ATK. So, Questions, comments, concerns?
