Sweetie Belle
The Chained Deity was an ultrapowerful monster. However, his power was so great that the others put him in chains to restrict his power. His power is limited by the chains on him.[spoiler=Lore]You must Tribute 3 monsters for the Tribute Summon of this card. When this card is Tribute Summoned, place 5 Chain Counters on it. This card loses 500 ATK and DEF for each Chain Counter on it. This card cannot declare an attack if there is a Chain Counter on it. Once per turn, you can remove from play the top 3 cards of your Deck to remove 1 Chain Counter from this card. Comment!

Blake
Umm... By the time you get this out, and by the time you RFP Mill 25 cards, you're gonna deck-out =/
Dharc
This card is definitely UP'ed. Try changing it to only removing 2 or 3 cards, and only having three chain counters. That would be better. But, aside from that, a powerful Beatstick after the chain counters are gone. 8.9687/
Wave_Sine
This + Counter Cleaner = maybe win? This card could be Special Summoned from hand, deck, etc., without the negative effect. The counters only appear on Tribute Summon (like the B.E.S. monsters). Fixes in bold:You must Tribute 3 monsters for the Tribute Summon of this card. When this card is Tribute Summoned, place 5 Chain Counters on it. This card loses 500 ATK and DEF for each chain counter on it. This card cannot declare an attack if there is a Chain Counter on it. Once per turn, you can remove the top 5 cards of your Deck from play to remove one Chain Counter from this card. I'm not sure about the second fix, but the first one was a case of redundancy. I'm not sure how to rate yet, but this card is pretty good.
CMRenji
So you have to remove of half your Deck from play to use it at it's full potential? He is far too UP'd. IMO you should Increase it's ATK and DEF by about 500 each and reduce it to about 2 cards per counter. 8.2/
