if you're going for a frognarch build might i suggest negging 1 raiza and any 1 card anyone else can think of for 2 mobius? raza is good for a monster field clear while mobius is good for backfield clear. just a wild suggestion =P

Monarchs didn't really test well for me. :S

And Exchange is still pretty good in this deck. Considering a majority of decks run Cat and staples that benefit, while you can give them crap like Aoi and Chain Master.

Deck loses when opponent summons Scrap Dragon from no where Q_Q

Or maybe I suck at using this deck, idk, bit of both.

The deck wins by shutting down an opponent's current situation.

This is done with cards that give info, such as Dragged, Exchange, Dolphin, Chain Master, Aoi, and Dustshoot.

Once you do that, you formulate a plan with the rest of the cards given, D.D. Designator being a powerhouse in this case, and Prohibition also being good.

While Raiza gives info on one card in your opponent's hand, it's too slow as your opponent has to draw it.

I need to test 1-2x Ronin in here tbh.

Ruthless Denial:

Select 1 monster you control and send it to the Graveyard, and send 1 random card in your opponent's hand to the Graveyard.

 

^ Would work with Ronin.

Deck is h4x, empty your opponents hand, then use Aoi's during their draw phases.

=D

 

Swap Frog may be needed to dump Treeborn, I'm not too sure.

Needs more testing.
