The OCG is all wrong and it isn't a Spirit monster D:

 

Plus could become overpowered at 4500 damage direct

I find the effect and the Summon cost too strong for such a low ATK. Admittedly, I can see why you did so, but I think it's a bit over the top.

I also don't see the reason that this needs to be a Spirit. Aren't Spirits supposed to return to the hand at the End Phase? You could get away with calling it an effect monster, and no one would care all too much.

Yes I know spirits usually go to the hand but the deck seemed much more better since 1) You get a renewed Deck and 2) I wanted to add gambling into this card. Yes I know the 3 attacking thing would be OP'd big time but adleast I didn't put it can ATK directly

Spirit monsters always go to the hand, that's their ruling.

 

Make it a standard Effect monster, make sure you use proper OCG like 'Warrior-Type' and 'remove from play'.

 

And add onto the effect that it cannot attact directly.

 

That should fix it up a bit

As LiAM said, this is not a Spirit Monster. Spirit monsters return to the hand! Anyways, OCG Fixo:

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 Warrior-Type monsters from play. This card can attack 3 of your opponents monsters. After the Battle Phase, this card is sent to your deck. Your deck is then shuffled.

 

And you'd better change the monster to effect because its not spirit.

hey thx for your fixes don't plan on changing it cus I see how bad it is and so I wont print this card out yes I actually print my cards out to play with in unofficial duels

As long as they're friendly duels it's okay.

 

But it's good that you post so you can get a good in depth view on their balance and fairness.
