Mashiro!Rima: Bala-Balance!I was getting bored, and as said above, I found a Pic for Rima. So I felt like making a card. Unlike the other Shugo Chara characters, I did not find a pic for her Chara, cuz apparently no one feels love for dear old Kusu Kusu. Also I had the thought of the whole Barrage card effect for a different person when I seen an SRW@3 Music Video, but I felt like giving that effect to her.lol, Feel free for advice, comment, rate or whatever, lol [spoiler=Lore]1 Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner Normal monstersWhen this card is Synchro Summoned, if 1 of the Synchro Material Monsters used for this card is "Mashiro Rima", select up to 2 monsters your opponent controls. The selected monsters cannot be Tributed or be used as a Synchro Material Monster while this card is remains face-up on the field. This card is unaffected by monster effects. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Mashiro Rima" from your Graveyard. [spoiler=Lore]You can only activate this card while you control "Clown Drop" face-up on the field. During this turn, you cannot draw cards except with a card effect and card effects cannot activate during the Standby Phase this turn. It is now your Draw Phase.
