Well, I'm bored, and have nothing else to do. So I'm going to start Round 3.

 

Simple rules: Just take any pictures you like from my Palace and make any number of cards out of them.

 

You can make one, or make 20. I don't care.

 

I do not have a rating system. I will not be taking OCG into account.

 

All that matters is creativity and hard work. I just choose whichever person's entry (or entries) I like.

 

Custom card edits like recolours and Photoshop'd stuff and whatnot all fall under creativity.

 

The winner will get one reputation for each contestant participating, up to a maximum of five.

 

I may give some extras out to the runner-up(s), depending if they're pretty good as well.

 

To enter, just make the card(s), and post it or them here. I will stop accepting entries on Wednesday midnight, EST.

 

Prizes will be given out quite shortly after the deadline.

Side Note: I owe Sotos one Rep, and HitoKage three Reps for the last contest. Already given out.

 

If you two are wondering why you both didn't get five Reps, it was because of the tie. Yeah.

I'll give it another shot :D

When I saw the picture I remembered of the ending song of the Vampire Knight anime series so here it is, my entry:

StillDoll-1.png[spoiler=Lore:]This card can only be activated when a Defense Position monster you control is selected as an attack target. Pay 500 Life Points to negate the attack. In addition, the monster that declared the attack cannot be destroyed by battle, is unaffected by card effects and cannot be Tributed. You can pay 1000 more Life Points to also have that monster be unable to attack and change its battle position, and it loses 100 ATK and DEF during each Standby Phase.

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 10 Warrior-Type monsters in your Graveyard from play. Other Warrior-Type monsters on the field gain 600 ATK and DEF as long as this card remains face-up on the field. This card cannot be selected as an attack target if you control at least 1 other Warrior-Type monster. If a Warrior-Type monster you control is destroyed by battle, it is removed from play and you can Special Summon 1 Warrior-Type monster with less ATK from your hand.

 

Of course I'll participate in this again ;) More cards to come later this day, I'll edit this post. Btw. I hope you (Mia) are okay with leaving my cards outside of the spoiler tag... I personally just hate to open them everytime...

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, you can Normal Summon 1 additional Spirit monster in this turn. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Damage from a battle involving this monster is reduced to 0. If this card attacks a monster your opponent controls, after Damage Step, reduce the attacked monsters ATK to 0 until your opponents next End Phase.

Lore:

This cards ATK is equal to the number of different card-types (e.g. Equip Spell Card, Normal Monster Card) in your Graveyard x700. Once per turn, select 1 card in your hand which card-type is currently not in your Graveyard and discard it. If there are face-up cards on the field with the same card-type, destroy them. In your Battle Phase, by discarding 3 cards with different card-types from your hand, this card can attack your opponent directly.

Lore:

During your Standby Phase, you can place up to 2 Growth Counters on monsters you control whose original Level is 5 or lower. Increase the Level of a monster by 1 and the ATK and DEF by 100 for each Growth Counter on it. Once per turn, you can remove from play a monster with 5 or more Growth Counters on it to gain Life Points equal to the number of Growth Counters on that card x500.

Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower monster from your Graveyard. The Special Summoned monster cannot attack your opponent directly. As long as this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot Set more than 2 Spell or Trap Cards. During each of your Standby Phases, decrease each monster's on the field ATK by 400. While you control no cards place 2 Carousel Counters on this card. Increase each card's ATK that was Special Summoned by this effect by 800. When your opponent declares an attack place 1 Final Counter on the Attacking card(s), when a card has 3 or more Final Counters on it, you can pay 900 Life Points to destroy it. When this card is removed from the field your opponent takes damage equal to the number of cards Special Summoned by this cards effect x300.

[spoiler=A LITTLE SECRET]Although this card's effect can be taken for granted through cards such as "Bad Reaction to Simochi", it was actually meant for Dark Synchro Monsters, whose Levels are negative. For instance, if you select Frozen Fitzgerald for this card (being a Level -5 monster), the amount of Life Points your opponent would gain would be -1000. In that case, they would lose 1000 LP instead of gain 1000 LP.
