You have way too many cards.

Cut it to 40.

Then add more LV8 dragons, Trade-In, Darkness Metal, and Red-Eyes Wyvern.

Just turn this into Hopeless. Trust me, that'll be the only way to make this decent. Or you could go Disaster Dragon.

I've never actually understood why Red-Eyes Wyvern is so useful. And what's a Disaster Dragon deck?

It's a deck that uses Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon to swarm the field with powerful dragons.

Red-Eyes Wyvern makes it easy for you to summon REDMD from the graveyard.

I thought that was what a Hopeless Dragon deck was. And I knew that much about REW, but its effect only works if you haven't summoned another monster that turn, and since it activates during the end phase it gives your opponent a full turn to kill REDMD. It just sounds risky.

Hopeless focuses more on DARK-Attribute stuff, while Disaster has a variety. That's one of the main differences.

With Wyvern, the main card is Future Fusion. Use FuFu with Five-Headed Dragon, dump 2 REDMD, 2 Wyvern, and 1 other dragon, remove the Wyverns and summon 2 Darkness Metals at the end phase. And Wyvern can also be a 1800 point Attacker.

Well I understand a little better now. Still, a card like Raigeki or Lightning Vortex could take out the REDMD's. Anyway, I still need help choosing which cards to get rid of, at least.

Most people don't run many Vortex, and Raigeki is Banned in Advanced. A lot of decks main Starlight Road, so using Vortex, Raigeki, and so on practically gives your opponent a free Stardust Dragon. That's why many competative decks these days stick to cards like Smashing Ground and Fissure.

Alright, so what cards should I get rid of?

First off, do you want a basic Hopeless Dragons deck? Or do you want to go Disaster Dragon?

And do you want to make it legal for Advanced Format Tournaments, or stick with Traditional? Keep in mind there are very few Traditional Tournaments.

I assume Traditional, since that's the secotion you posted in.

Well, I guess Disaster Dragon. And yes, Traditional Format.

I think a Snatch Steal and a Brain Control instead of Dark Hole and Dimension Fusion in Jabber's version.

...no. I already have Change of Heart and that's better than both B-Con and Snatch. Dark Hole is generic monster removal, and Dimension Fusion is for after you use Dragon's Mirror. Although it can be used for other purposes as well.
