It is much better (and more broken) with Monster Reborn @1 and Brain Control @0, because sometimes, Brain Control can actually be a little bit dead (from my experience) whereas Monster Reborn will most certainly not be. El-Rrey Posted August 18, 2010 Report Share Posted August 18, 2010 Just yesterday, i made such a cool comeback with meh Lightsworn deck!I had Jain and Garoth on the field while he had 2 Faultrol, Brio and Goyo.Brio bounced meh monsters and he hit with his Brio and Faultrol directly and before any other attack i summoned Gorz in DEF! He attacked meh Gorz with his Goyo, taking it and ending his turn (he looked for Daultrol and Ragigura during the End Phase.Meh turn, i drew Brain Control, used it on Brio, discarded 3 cards bouncing Goyo, a Faultroll and Gorz! Tributed it for Celestia, Gorz token attacked and i attacked directly with Celestia. He conceded after having seen his next draw. I thought that was less broken because it has a cost, only does your own grave and needs it to be on the field for the monster to survive. Manjoume Thunder Posted August 18, 2010 Report Share Posted August 18, 2010 Konami finally realized that little tweaks are not the best thing that they can do with the banlist. @above: Unlike Reborn Prema cannot be limited to 1 (Unless Konami decide to do something with Hidden Armory which will be stupid). Prema can be searched, while Monster Reborn can't, but Prema can be destroyed by a very, very long list of cards, while Monster Reborn only has generic s/t negation.
