Took me a while to understand... I think it might be a bit OPed with the whole decrease ATK by 800 and it can attack the opponent directly thing. What if you used that on blue-eye or somthin? Anyway still a great card 9/10

Much too overpowered for a single tribute.
The effect seems worthy of a 9+ star Synchro.
As of now, I feel it needs to be changed.

You get it bad .___. to attack directly it loose 800 no gain it
unless it was on the field 1 turn in that way it gains 800 then remove the counter and loose 800 to attack directly...

Meh =/ I figured it would boost Spell Counters up the food chain a bit. Its just a slightly stronger Star Bow. lose 800 instead of 1000
