Wing is normally 2300 meaning he falls short of the Magic 2400. While Uruquizas does too, he jut needs one attack to change that. From their he can keep getting stronger, while Wing is stuck at a common, but still situational, boost effect. I think Uruquizas is good. Personally, I use 1 just for the generic piercer.
