Briona, Dragoon of the Ice Boundary

Howdy, SaTuRnPaLaDiN here once again with a card for you. I found this image lying around in my massive image folder and decided it was time to make it into a card. It's support for the Ice Boundary archetype - but is splashable in any WATER deck. It also has a nice little bonus if it is destroyed by something that destroys more than 1 card on the field (like a Stardust Road variant, so to speak). If nothing else, it's a decent beatstick. Without further ado:

[i]This card cannot be Special Summoned. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower WATER monster from your Deck in face-up Defense Position. This card cannot be used for a Synchro Summon during the turn this effect is activated. If this card is destroyed by an opponent's card effect that destroys 2 or more cards on the field, remove this card from play and draw 2 cards.[/i]

"This card cannot be used for a Synchro Summon during the turn this effect is activated" change it to "This card cannot be used as a Synchro Summon Material during the turn this effect is activated". This card is OP since you can always can have 2 summones during your turn without counting the Level 3 monster effects and it can destroy your opponent monsters for attacking directly with the other 2 monsters you summon. I see no drawback exepet this "This card cannot be used for a Synchro Summon during the turn this effect is activated" and it is not a problem it can be use next turn or not be used at all. 6.8/10.

Its a level 3 how would that be OP'd lots of cards have effects like that [s]hater[/s]. No problems that I can spot pic is ok. 9/10

The only WATER Deck that is good is FrogOTK or Frognarchs D: (If I rememeber good >_<)

So no... this card isn't OPed... is usefull
