John A. Zoidberg
I've recently been playing Yu-Gi-Oh less and less. While I find it fun, I've no one to play it with. Therefor, I have taken it upon myself to create a new card game. This game, known as Mercenaries, is EXTREMELY simple. I've included cut-out versions of each card in case anyone wants to actually play :3 [spoiler=Mercenaries]Mercenaries Gameplay Concept 1: Money: Well, you can’t hire a good mercenary without some cash, so some of your cards are Banks. The banks range in this standard. Small Bank: Income- Low. $50 per turn. Medium Bank: Income- Medium. $100 per turn. Large Bank: Income- High. $200 per turn. There are 10 slots for banks. You can only take up 1 bank slot per turn (only 1 additional bank per turn). Banks CAN be destroyed, so you’re gonna need more than 10 in your deck. Mercenaries Gameplay Concept 2: Hired Arms: Obviously, you’re gonna need to get some mercenaries if you want any hope of defeating your opponent. Mercenaries range in this standard. Unknown Mercenary: Cost- Low. $50 Semi-Respected Mercenary: Cost- Medium. $100 Respected Mercenary: Cost- High. $200 Mercenary Master: Cost- EXPENSIVE. $500 Just like banks, there are 10 Mercenary slots. Only up to 2 Mercenaries can be hired per turn. Mercenaries Gameplay Concept 3: Battle: Of course, the purpose of hiring a mercenary is so they can fight for you. A mercenary in slot 1 is only able to attack another mercenary in slot 1. The more a mercenary costs, the stronger they are (Unknown is the weakest, Semi-Respected is the second weakest, etc.) If a mercenary attacks a slot that has no mercenary in it, the bank in that numbered slot is destroyed. If there isn’t a bank either, the player loses 1 HP. Each player starts off with 20 HP. Mercenary Gameplay Concept 4: Health and Damage Amounts: Mercenaries have health and the amount of damage they do. Unknown: 6 HP. 1 DMG (no matter what kind of mercenary they attack, they do 1 Damage) Semi-Respected: 8 HP. 2 DMG Respected: 10 HP. 4 DMG. Master: 14 HP. 6 DMG. Mercenaries Gameplay Concept 5: Deck Size. Of course, this game is mostly luck. The deck sizes are about 30 cards Banks (Approx. 12): Small- 6 Medium- 4 Large- 2 Mercenaries (Approx. 20) Unknown- 8 Semi-Respected- 6 Respected- 4 Master- 2 And that’s about it! Brinolovania
That looks so stupid and pointless. Why would someone make something like this?! In other words, I love it. I want to play this.

Great Unclean One: VK
I'd rather play Tien Len. It requires more skill to play then you'd need in YGO. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tien_len
