One attack from that thing with this card equipped, is just unfair for the other player. I carefully suggest toning it down further, for example paying 3000 Lifepoints to use this card, or just bringing "Felgrand Dragon" back for one turn without doubling it's ATK. It should be noted that when Felgrand Dragon is Special Summoned, it gain 200 ATK equal to the selected monster in your Graveyard. For example, you sommon it with that card and its effect activate, select Level 4 monster, its ATK become 3600 and also your card effect, making its ATK 7200!!
