Why this game does NOT need Dark Hole [Lightning Vortex][DISC]

first turn dark hole against someone who opened up with a [i]suspiciously good hand[/i] is a good way to stop them from being that lucky later on.

Sure, Lightning Vortex should be the ideal card here, but we have nothing to hit face-downs. And with monster reborn, you might as well blow up the field for nothing and resurrect a card that was destroyed for nothing.

yes it's balance =_= but it's usefulness? unbalance. we need the heavy storm more than we ever know, it basically save us from the world of hurt. and we use dam monsters to destroy monster!!!!! so we need spell to destroy the back row!!. what we fear the most is the back row rather than the front row. so basically we use either spell or trap to eliminate threats or we use a sub monster as bait to rid the opposing back row

You are correct but in the wrong way. We need heavy storm because it forces players to be smart when they play. Without it players can just drop every spell or trap they draw into the backrow with no fear of consequence. With heavy storm around players were more cautious with their spells and traps for knowledge that they are always at risk of a storm brewing.
