.Leo
With how the ban-list was affected, how will Dust Tornado be played? Will it continue to be played in 2 or will it decline to 1 or 0 in use?

TechnoDoomedOne
Breaker IS a Staple. Just because most meta decks don't use doesn't mean others do. Not all the game is based on the metagame, and not because people don't play him means he's bad. Also, and just to know... If you just use 2 MST and 1 Dust, with no heavy, how many S/T are you planning to destroy? Because that's not too many. Or are you going to rely on Black Rose, that also destroys your field and can be Starlight'd, and whose Synchro Summon can be stopped with a simple Book of Moon? TechnoDoomedOne
Because Breaker cannot be used outside of Spellcasters, and every deck that runs him is automatically bad. [/sarcasm] There are plenty of decks that need to get hybrid to be useful, yet they put other cards on that gaps. Not because they can't put Breaker in, but because they don't want to. Tell me, how many cards that are 1-4-1 in Spell and Trap removal do we now have? Ryko, Lyla, Caius... A very few.

I'm not answering your question until you answer mine - I asked first.
Family Friendly
Dust Tornado should still be played at 2, especially if you like being a dick :
TechnoDoomedOne
Decent decks? Hm... Well, my deck, my sister's deck and my friend's deck (but his deck is horrible, so it doesn't really count). None of them are tourney-worthy, and are still not adapted to the new banlist (still testing), but they are at least decent and I myself have personally beat some of the meta decks, and I won against pretty much all Tier 2 decks I confronted in the past (Quickdraw, Blackwings, Tele-DAD, Lightsworns). Giving up a Normal Summon when you can resurrect from your grave whenever you want is not that bad, and recycling Breaker with Compulsory when your opponent is going to kill it is fun. Hm... Well looked it seems that only 2 decent decks can run Breaker, 2 decks that are almost identical (because both me and my sister run zombies). That does not give me a real good position to withstand my reasoning. I still think Breaker is pretty usable, though.

Zauls
Main them if you have room. Side them otherwise. They should be in EVERYONE'S deck somewhere, whether Mained or Sided. We need as much generic s/t destruction as possible with Heavy gone.

Tickle Me Emo
Without Heavy Storm I think Dust Tornado may become played at 3. Even if we now have 2 MST, a second MST is not going to take the place that Heavy Storm did.
