[color="#9932CC"]Can be searched with Sangan.
Effect is a one up from most Cards that it actually adds a Trap
to your hand and not top of your Deck.
Is Sepcial Summoned, you can Normal Summon in the
same turn, for an attack or Synchro.
It can use its effect by being destroyed by battle,
card effect, removed from play or being tributed.
Beast-Type allows for variant of Beast support.[/color][/b]

It may not be required but You could just Set it. Unless thats your intention. I cant really tell if its O'ped or U'powered. Someone else can comment on that but I like the idea.

Not really, I think.
It's got fair stats for it's Level and effect, totally spashable, and how many cards directly support Trap Cards?
This is fairly original.
Since I don't have a fancy rating system figured out yet (i'm not gonna copy someone else's), I'm gonna give it an 8/10.
The only downfall is the OCG.
Something about it bugs me. I dunno. It's probably me, lmao.
But otherwise, a damn cool card!

I think because Setting a monster is counted as a Normal Summon, it's all the same thing.

If not, I suppose the effect still looks okay, but I'd rather waste a Trap than a monster.

They both take up a Normal Summon, like a Tribute Summon. But they are not the same.
And this card is a bit slow offensively, otherwise eh. I can't think of a trap you'd need in a 2-turn-pinch that this card would <3 to grab.

Bo[b][size="2"]It could be usefull if you need a certain card such as Destiny Board or maybe Jar of Greed.[/size][/b]

If you're running Destiny Board, this card won't protect it. If you're running Jar of Greed and this, you don't have a good draw engine. Its basically a "When this card is destroyed by battle, add 1 of your 6 traps in your Deck to your hand". Those traps are generally reserved for cards like Dimensional Prison and the like, which you should have played BEFORE this was destroyed.
