Yes, most good X-Saber decks main atleast 1...

An excellent card, the only flaw being the delay in getting the card. But unlike DD Capsule, the card is guaranteed to come to your hand, unless it's removed from the RFG zone via Burial or your own card. Has some great combos, like DD Reincarnation, Return from the DD, Necroface, etc.

Basically if your deck is slower than Gold Sarcophagus, then you'll want to add it to your deck~

If your deck is faster than Gold Sarcophagus, then you wont need it.

A lot of Decks can easily use this. It's a generic searcher that takes 2 turns for you to get the card you searched for. Different Dimension Capsule is garbage. Especially since it is vulnerable to Spell and Trap removal while Gold Sarcophagus isn't.

I cant tell you how many times Ive seen thsi search a cold wave or a heavy storm. Great card is great. It sets up a winning, or at least a crippling play to come in two turns.

Yes , mostly it will used for the big monster or that specific spell trap you need to turn the tide or run your deck, it is a good card, and opponent has time to prepare for counters. with that is released again will see a lot of them, as they where pretty expensive
