Picture URL does not work

I'm making a deck that i'm going to post but whan i print in the url: http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/dragonballzcentral_1947_728878481 (example) it dosn't show a new picture on the card i've tried on yahoo picture, wikipedia, google images and other sites too does anyone know why

 

PS i'm not using the downloadable version.

I'd guess it's a file type issue, I'd suggest you save that picture as a JPEG and then load it on to www.imageshack.us 8)
