Of the Continuous Traps that are run, any other generic S/T removal handles them better, and don't cost a discard. The best use is against Uria decks, but any Uria deck worth anything runs Imperial Custom. MST, Dust Tornado, Breaker, Royal Decree, Twister, Double Cyclone, etc, etc etc outclass this.
