Too hard and/or slow to bring out for its awesome effect.
Machine Emperor Wisel does it better now (because its easy to bring out).

cool but ineffective. 2-3 turns to stop spells, when any monster effect can annihilate in under 1.

In the right deck, it can be brought out quickly, and easily.
It's still one of my favorites.

I think its rather easy to summon. Just sac for LV6 and destroy a monster, or summon LV6 and level up. The bad part about all LV monsters is the highest level card always dead cards you.
