Ultimate Sakura is pretty awesome, easily bringing in Clow Cards, well all the Sakura cards here that I see can easily do that, lol
But Ultimate Form is pretty awesome that it can destroy cards, lol

OCG could be better, lol, I'm too lazy to point all of them out
Pics are okay (I know pics are always a problem, lol)
Effects are pretty balanced, although I feel as if one or two of them are slightly underpowered somehow

Clow Card - The Big:
Once per turn, you can equip this card to a monster with "Sakura Kinomoto" in its name, OR unequip it to Special Summon this card.While equipped to a monster by this effect, that monster has its ATK increased by 1000(A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle, this card is destroyed instead).As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all Plant and Beast-Type monsters have their ATK increase by 300.

Clow Card - The Change:
When this card is Summoned, select 1 face-up monster on each player's field and switch their ATK, DEF and Level until this card is removed from the field.

- Remove 2: Remove from the play 1 face-up DARK monster on the field.
- Remove 3: Special Summon a "Clow Card - The Dark" from your Hand or Deck.
(Should be equivalent)


Last suggestions :
- Don't put a "." after you say the Fusion Materials and Synchro Materials
- Reduce all extra space from your card like all fusions are with a small letter try to press backspace in the extra lines I think you added
- Continue with the Good Quality

I believe it's the fact that once Sakura became the new owner of the cards, Yue had to use her magic to survive instead of Clow's, but her's was too weak to support Yue so he started to dissappear. The reason for the effect was because every time Sakura transformed on of the Clow Cards into Sakura Cards, her magic power increased a little more, allowing Yue to survive a little bit longer. (Too bad in the end it wasn't enough, and he had to rely on her brother D:)
