This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 5 Insect-Type in your graveyard. Your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target. The ATK and DEF of this card is always 1000 points higher than the highest ATK of an Insect-Type monster on the field. Once per turn you can remove from play 1 Insect-Type monster from your graveyard to have this card gain the removed monster's effect, until the End Phase. If there is no other Insect-Type monster on the field, destroy this card.

Whhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.......

Wicked cool, pretty sweet everything.
Pic's epic.
Effect is decent.
Not overpowered, in fact, I think you could get away with a bit better effect for all his downsides.
Overall, easily an awesome card, but the potential is there for better.

7.5/10, at the least.

Original effects, but I would almost think this card is UP. That is, until there is an Insect type card on your side of the field that accidentally has a very high ATK. Until then I would not suggest using this card.

And, I don't want to go overly technical on you, but I carefully suggest adding the words "face-up" to the defining requirements of the Insect-type monsters on your side of the field, for this card not to be destroyed.

For example, you have one Insect type card on your field, but it's face-down. Is Qiraji in that case destroyed or not destroyed? That is the question.

Yeah i see what you mean, so would increasing the attack part to 2000 make it OP?

.6Realy nice I did not see any insect type in a long time with that its effect are already seen but you made it into a nice combination. 7.3/10.
1000 is good do not change it you can easily summon "Chainsaw Insect", "Arsenal Bug", "Anteatereatingant", "Doom Dozer", "Jirai Gumo", "Millennium Scorpion", "Naturia Spiderfang" or "Underground Arachnid" with a dark level 2 tuner + any of the listed levle 4 monsters. With any of these cards it will have from 3000 to 3800 ATK so if you still want more I think even 2000 would not be OP since it is hard to summon 2 of this and it is harder to keep on the field exepet if you used "DNA Surgery".

I like the idea. It's a nice, creative effect. This would be total hell in an insect deck (especially if you have an "Ace Insect" monster out). Then, this card would be an un-attackable beatstick. However, due to its reliability on your other insects, this card is balanced.
Nice job! 8/10
