Bad card but is sometimes horrible annoying.

Personally, I love this card (Successful Stall Decks in WC06 because of this card). Stacking this card on the field = your opponent needs to make 2 or more correct guesses in a row to attack. Though it is easily destroyable, Imperial Custom helps remedy the situation.

Id play this just because it causes rage in my opponents sometimes. However this is not good for serious play, only for fun. That having been said, part of me was expecting this to become popular again when Synchros came out.
