I liked the bit where people called it OP'd - that was funny.

OT: No-one would Summon this the proper way. It'd just be used with Phantom of Chaos, and those Decks would usually work better with JD or Norelas or something.

Why would you ever run this over Norleas or JD with Phantom? There might be some broken combos with Level Modulation, idk.
