This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to it's owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. During your next Draw Phase, you can draw 2 cards

For a Spirit Monster, it's pretty broken. Sure, you waste a Normal Summon, but it gives you a +3 during your next turn (counting in the Draw Phase).

Because I was like "but it wont be there during the Draw Phase" XD

But I suppose its balanced enough, if you wanted to draw 2 cards, but it is a Normal Summon taken away, and a possible empty field.

Would need to test it out to check its balance really.

Change to during your Draw Phase, there are cards that can keep it on the field. Grea pic and effect is similar to yata-garasu. 8/10
