I think the problem with Metamorphosis is, barring Fusions that require Fusion Summoning, it completely overrides the purpose of Fusion monsters being...fused. A lot of the more powerful Fusions are balanced by the fact they required Fusion Summoning to work, and Metamorphosis skips that and gives you a monster with good effects that were intended to be summoned with more effort. And now, with 8 star Synchros being a snap to summon, Cyber Twin Dragon is too easy with Metamorphosis. Actually, just with the advent of Synchros entirely, Metamorphosis has great potential for abuseability, although Synchros themselves are probably more troublesome.

Yes because Extrio isn't one of those Fusion Monsters that can only be Fusion Summoned properly.
