anti-clockwise to your opponent's Spell & Trap Card Zone and treating the far left zone as
11. If the result is 12, you get choose the target.

This card is thousands worse than the real card.
The only good thing about this card is rolling 2 sixes.
Your opponent might control like 5 cards and if you use its effect you might select an empty zone :/
Tribute to the Doom or MST or Dust Tornado or Torrential Tribute or Dark Hole or Bottomless Trap Hole or other crap > This card
Theres better monster or spell trap removal.
