Would the consistency of an originally forty card deck be changed by adding any number of Upstart Goblin or Pot of Duality?

I am requesting volunteers to collect and submit data testing the efficiency of adding generic costless draw cards to a forty card deck that does not already run either of the cards in question. Please submit your data in the following format:

(in spoilers)
Decktype name
Decklist (40 card main deck without Upstart Goblin or Pot of Duality)

Win %
Win Condition success %
Win by Win condition %
for all combinations of Upstart and Pot

These numbers are important as I want you to test against a variety of decks, some of which you may be able to win with simple beatdown, so a success rate is also important to show true consistency. I will accept data not using the full number of Dualities if you do not want to acquire them.

You will be +repped when you submit your data. If such an experiment is already in progress or has been completed, please link me to the experiment or results. Thank you for your time and cooperation.

Well, adding Upstart Goblin when you have 40 cards will not help your deck at all x.o You'd have to make a 37/38/39 card deck and add 3/2/1 Upstart Goblin for it to help.

Pot of Duality is better regardless due to being able to scan the next three cards for what you want so it can be useful to use even when having over 40 total cards in the deck. Being unable to Special Summon may not even be a hindrance at all, depending on the turn you use it (such as one that you do not plan or cannot Special Summon on with your available options).

Considering Upstart Goblin is all I can use seeing that I play the games (and there isn't a game with PoD except maybe Tag Force 5 in a few months), I wouldn't be able to assist you in your research, but as I mentioned, Upstart Goblin is easy to tell whether it'd be useful or not (meaning Deck >= 40 cards = no adding Upstart Goblin).

In any case, just from this, adding more Pot of Dualities will very well help any deck regardless of size, because you get a choice from the top three cards.

Sorry, its not a scientific test, but just mere analysis, but 3 Duality will always be more consistent. Upstart Goblin will only be useful if your card limit is below 40 and need to fill the space with Draw cards.

TC, I shall now educate you in "Why adding Upstart Goblin to make a 40 card deck over 40 cards is stupid".

Here's an example:

Scenario #1:Player A has a 41 card deck that runs Upstart. While Dueling Player B, he draws it in his starting hand. He goes first and activates it, drawing into Ryko.

Scenario #2:Player A has that same Deck, except with Upstart removed. This time, without Upstart in the way, he draws that Ryko in his starting hand (I assume here that his cards were lined up in the exact same way as in Scenario #1, except Upstart is taken out.)

Upstart is only useful in a 40-card deck.

Duality, I could see that working fine, though...
