Muluck
I entered college thinking that all my classes would be directly around the field I'm in. I'm stuck this semester with European Literature, Calculus, World Civilizations from 1600 and Philosophy: Modern and Contempry. Granted most of you are still in either Grade School or High School. I just thought you should know what awaits you.
MarbleZone
First year of med school I had Statistics, Molecular Biology and Physics. I was on the verge of quitting. Thankfully, overtime it has gotten much, much better.
Milano
Not going to college, doing a sports apprenticeship, sports is all I am good for. /:

I was on the verge of quitting. Thankfully, overtime it has gotten much, much better.
I was able to knock out all the courses needed for my field the first year. Now regrettably, I'm stuck with everything else. To Milano: So, when you hit your 30's you won't have a job? That's great news.
Catterjune
First year is always general requirements rather then ones focused on your major.

Tentacruel
Im in highschool but taking college classes. So far I've taken English 1101 and 1102, College Algebra, Environmental Science (which apparently won't count toward my major, and I wasted my time with it), Music Appreciation, Pre-Calculus(failed that one), Public Speaking(dropped this one), and Macroeconomics. I'm currently in Spanish and Speech. Fun stuff. :/
