The monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect become non-Tuner monsters and have their effects negated. If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a LIGHT or WIND monster, you can add from your Graveyard one of the non-Tuner monsters used for the Synchro Summon of the Synchro Monster to your hand.
