If you're refering to masta, then no, masta does not deserve another ban at this time. :P If you're refering to Dev, consistant spamming, trolling and flaming, even after excessive 'off-the-record' Moderator warnings, I could pin him for that, a three day if he dosen't clean up his act considerably.
