Reasonably balanced. Attack negation is good, as is the LOLIRUNOVERALLU attack effect. I'll make it 8/10 because I'd really want this card if it was real and I wouldn't mind it being played against me.

Hi wero, may i ask why did you post the lore in yellow and you dont want change it?

About the card well effect seems balanced enough stats are good, and its nice to see some more generic synchros around here.
I think ill give it a 8/10. Keep it up buddy
