However, it's so impossibly hard to get it out and it's a Nomi, so it's...terrible. Reactor decks are kind of fun, though, just really, really hard to play. I loled. Anyhow, if they had made it for Reactors to swarm then he'll be better. Crappy summoning requirement, but a pain to get rid of..........until Stardust or something along the lines of that.
