This card can only be Special Summoned, by removing 1 DARK monster and 1 "Eevee" from play. If this card is attacked by an Insect or Warrior-Type monster, double all Battle Damage and Decrease this cards ATK and DEF by 500 during the Damage Step only. If this is attack by a Fiend or Zombie-Type monster, increase this cards ATK and DEF by 500 during the Damage Step only and halve all Battle Damage. If this card is attacked by a Psychic-type, Negate the attack. If this card attacks a Psychic or Zombie-Type monster, double all Battle Damage and increase this cards ATK and DEF by 500 during the Damage Step only. If this card attacks a Fiend. Warrior or Machine-Type monster, halve all Battle Damage and decrease this card ATK and DEF during the Damage Step only.

When this card is Summoned, select 1 monster on your opponents side of the field, this card gains the selected monsters effect. ATK and DEF, Attribute and type.

I think there [b]may[/b] be a few very minor OCG errors, but not that I can easily point out.

Ok, on with the review.

The picture is good, its not over-powered, and you didn't use fake types. However, the problem lies with the effect. Its well thought out, just very boring. I recommend giving it a revamped effect, perhaps something to do with its Synchronize ability?
