Otherworld sucks. Since you're using all Reptiles, use Solidarity instead. in fact, I suggest you crop out more room for multiple Solidarity.
Corruption Cell sucks too. I suggest getting rid of those 2 and the Otherworld for Solidarity.

If you aren't going to run Solidarity, then fill in your Extra Deck, including some Level 5 Synchros and Stardust Dragon, and put a Starlight Road in the deck.

That would be a start at least. Then test it out and see how it works.

I prefer the Breeding Device over Corruption Cell since ACBD does the same thing Corruption Cell does, but every one of your Standby Phases. Breeding Device is a Continuous Spell, meaning Gol'Gar can abuse it. Not to mention it can also be great S/T destruction bait.

Wow, you forgot Swords of Revealing Light. SoRL serves a few purposes:
1. Flips the opponent's monsters face-up so A-Counters can be placed on them.
2. Stalls if really needed.
3. Works with Gol'Gar for infinite stall or just being a Dark-Piercing Light for every turn Gol'Gar is around.

This deck lacks abusable cards like Swords of Revealing Light, and Broken Bamboo Sword.

Cosmic Fortress Gol'Gar is godly awesome with junk like that.

Explain. Is Broken Bamboo Sword, Golden Bamboo Sword, and Hidden Armory a draw engine (one that is slightly more abusable with Gol'Gar), or am I missing something?
