anyway great card balanced because u can get a summon but it aint guna do any battle damage. i like it senor

OCG is flawless. No errors whatsoever.

[b]Effect / Originality:[/b]
It's first effect is a Dark Bribe from the hand, which is really great to use mainly because your opponent wouldn't see it coming. Then, it has a little Cold Wave effect inside of it when it's Summoned like this which can stop your opponent from doing various things during their turn. It has that classic drawback of getting removed from play when removed from the field. It's a bunch of effects that have already been used that have been mushed up together to make something awesome.

[b]Usefulness / Balance:[/b]
Really useful. I can see this being most likely in the side, or even possibly in the main as tech or just because it's pretty much a Dark Bribe from the hand. The card is well balanced except for that Cold Wave effect it has. That might need some sort of small drawback to balance it out a bit. Otherwise, I would use this in some of my Decks just to screw around with my opponent.
