2600 attack+ guys aren't exactly easy to come by, no idea why that's on your list. Not to mention that you then set things up for next turn. Halving there Goyo Guardian and Celtic Guardian still goes one-on-one with it.

Well that's a great argument if i've ever heard one. Clearly any cards that can defeat scar-red nova dragon must be banned.

BTW, that doesn't even work. Scar-Red can negate attacks and when it comes back it's ATK won't be halved anymore.

^ Since its release Plaguespreader has been one of the best if not the best Tuners in the game. Gale is still awesome though.

Gale or something else will usually kill the monster whose ATK is halved by its Effect. The same goes for the monster Shrink affects.
Black Whirlwind should be banned and Stardust Dragon should be banned so the last 2 points mean nothing. Most other Tuners can make Stardust too.

Being good does not mean a card is banworthy or listworthy.
