Divine Lord Zerato is ment to be one of the Legendary Cards in the game, sort of like the Egyptian Gods. The counterpart of it will be Hell Lord DeVille. Card Design will change. Please Critique so I can change the effect to make it almost perfect.
Card Updated for balance issues.
New Image due to horrifyingness
Compliments to Bass6666 For the New Image

Lore:
10/DIVINE/Fairy/4000/4000
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Tribute Summoned by offering 1 "Archlord Zerato" and 2 LIGHT Fairy-Type monsters on your side of the field. This card is unaffected by your Opponent's Trap Cards. You may discard 1 LIGHT Monster from your hand to the Graveyard to destroy all monsters on your Opponent's side of the field. If you discard additional LIGHT monsters, destroy an equal amount of Spells and Traps on the field.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Archlord Zerato" and discarding 3 cards. This card is unaffected by your opponent's Trap Cards. You can discard 1 LIGHT Monster to destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. Then, you can discard any amount of LIGHT monsters to destroy Spell and Trap cards on the field by an amount equal to the discarted cards.

[b]Well that's what i believe about the OCG... about the pic is so-so, im not so fan of the fairys tbh... about the effect is an super-boosted Archlord Zerato, guess it is balanced... And a small detail... usually Divine monsters are DIVINE Divine-Beast monsters. The only 6 existing ones are all like that, it's just a suggestion ;)

what do you mean a Japenese Translation. BTW It's supposed to be an Angel yes. Haven't you ever heard of Archlord Zerato?

Umm thanks. Thats an OCG Fix of an OCG Fix. Anyway, Did you see the new version with the no Special Summons. Btw, Since its a Legendary Card I figured I could make it a Fairy (that involves the plot of the game)

Here's an OCG Fix of my own!

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by Tributing 1 "Archlord Zerato" and 2 LIGHT Fairy-Type monsters on your side of the field. This card is unaffected by your Opponent's Trap Cards. Once per turn, you can discard any number of LIGHT monsters from your hand to destroy all monsters on your opponents side of the field. Then, you can destroy a number of Spell or Trap Cards equal to the amount of cards discarded.

The once per turn thing's optional but given the magnitude of its effect it would likely only have a once per turn catch.

Other than that I'll say that the card itself is slightly OP. Despite it's annoying summon requirements, it has a ridiculously small cost. As an example, look at Judgement Dragon. It has a Life Point cost for the destruction it causes while this card only has a minor discard cost. I'd recommend a LP cost for the monster destruction and making the discarding a cost for destroying Spell and Traps. Basically I'd have:

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by Tributing 1 "Archlord Zerato" and 2 LIGHT Fairy-Type monsters on your side of the field. This card is unaffected by your Opponent's Trap Cards. Once per turn, you can pay 800 Life Points to destroy all monsters on your opponents side of the field. Then, you can discard any number of LIGHT monsters from your hand and destroy a number of Spell or Trap cards equal to the amount of cards discarded.

And that picture... It looks like something out of Tron. Which is awesome if you're doing something for Tron but otherwise it just falls a little flat.

I have realized that and have considered a new image, but I have to fix it so it doesn't look screwed up when I post it. It is mostly fine. Should I post it anyway and try to get it fixed in the meantime? Or should I just deal with this one for now?

lol, everyone hates it so I am replacing it (you wouldn't want to know where I found it. You would die of laughter). But the picture to me looks worse because of the way the image was. Its bad enough that I can't say and our ol' pal George Thoughrogood would have to tell us. That's to me. Do you think I should keep it the way it is until its fixed or should I just post it and try to get it fixed in the meantime?
Oh, also, the LIGHT monster first discarded is supposed to destroy the monsters and then the others destroy Spells and Traps. I just realized that. It was even an OCG fix. Maybe can you help me on that.

You made the effect more balanced, good job!

Also all the god cards were Divine-Beast so maybe you should have the Type be Divine-Fairy? I say this because it doesn't look very Beast-like.

I figured since it is a Fairy in general I would make it a Fairy so it can go with Fairy effects.
P.S. Second card up, Hell Lord DeVille
