When this card is face-up on the field, no monster can be Set. Each time your opponent Summons a monster, draw 1 card and inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent. If the monster drawn was a Level 4 or less monster, Special Summon it to the field in Attack Position. For each monster this card destroys, draw 1 card and place 1 Battle Counter on this card. (max. 3) You can remove 1 Battle Counter when this card declares an attack to increase its ATK by 400. You can remove 3 Battle Counters to Tribute this card to Special Summon a Level 6 or less LIGHT Warrior-Type or Fairy-Type monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. Once this card is destroyed, you can discard you hand and remove from play the top 3 cards of your Deck to return this card to the top of your Deck this End Phase.[/spoiler]

"Angelic Synchron" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
This card is also treated as a Fairy-Type monster. When this card is Summoned place 3 Battle Counters on this card. (max. 3) If this card is attacked, you can remove 1 Battle Counter to decrease the attacking monster's AK by 700. You can remove 3 Battle Counters and 3000 Life Points to Special Summon as many "Angelic Synchron" and "Angelic Soldier" from your hand or Deck as possible. If you control a Level 4 or lower "Angelic" monster, that monster cannot be chosen as an attack target. For each monster this card destroys by battle, decrease this card's ATK and DEF by 200. If this card's ATK is equal to 1900, negate this effect and place up to 3 Battle Counters on this card. If this card is destroyed by battle, all "Angelic" monsters you control are switched to Defense Position and gain 1000 DEF for 3 turns. While this card is in the Graveyard and 1 "Angelic" monster you control is destroyed by battle, you can remove this card from play to either draw 2 cards or reduce the Battle Damage to 0.[/spoiler][/center]

Wow, lots of reading. Well done. It sure has many effects for a Tuner. Very balanced card. The pic looks cool, and I'm not spotting any OCG errors. Really nice! (And the Japanese version is good touch up as well ) I'm not one to give out 10s all the time, but this deserves one. 10/10

This is....'Mazing! I'm not nice when it comes to critiquing but this is great 10/10 This card's usefulness, despite it not being overpowered, is OVER 9000! I can see a lot of situations where I could have used this myself! Mind if I use this for my game?

It won't be on immediatly. It will be a while before it comes out. It would just mean I would be able to put the card out once the game is ready to be released. I still haven't made any packs or made any official lists of cards yet

I had to read the effect twice lol.

Well the effect overall is pretty good , and IMO its balanced with its level and ATK. You might want to take away one of the effect or add a drawback.
