Basically, it forces your opponent to draw cards utnil they can't handle anymore. To me, it's a slow effect that benefits your opponent a little at a time occasionally. Discuss.

That's why the card sucks. Unless you think that letting your opponent draw the cards they need sooner is good then by all means it is a great card but that isn't the case now is it?

Making your opponent draw cards is never a good idea. They just a +1 which is a faster way to beat you.
If your opponent had +5 more cards than you, that's extra Lightning Vortex, Mirror Force, or important monsters to use.

Chainsaw Insect is just a beatstick with really bad effect, whenever I duel against it,
I just leave my Gadgets in Defence, and draw extra cards so I can use Machina etc.

Yeah, it's like Destiny Hero Defender, as long as you Tribute it, it's just a horrible way to defend yourself.

Decking your opponent is better than making them draw a few cards, sending them directly to the Graveyard should be your main focus for card destruction.

Of course, this card is best not to be used in deck-destruction strategies. The very optimistic people would use these.

[TMD (Barushi)]

This + Disturbance Strategy + Protector of the Sanctuary = No cards for your opponent.

But this can be done better with Morphing Jar and Protector of the Sanctuary. <.<

i used to run it in a deck out. just set it or use it to attack when taking out monarchs, eventually your opponent becomes overwhelmed with their hand because they cant search through their deck for what they need or its already in the graveyard. this owned the glads and blackwings very rarely will it stop sabers, they are too fast

You can't Tribute if you Set it, it has 0 DEF...
Instead of this, you could use anything else.
Your opponent's hand wont be overwhelmed, it would be empty and so you would your field cos they just beat you.
