jenofresh
more effort into images is needed therefore my new policy (no lore + no effort = no rate) will deduct some points overall 4/10
That's a bit vague considering that there's a lot here. There are some fail images here, yes. It doesn't mean I didn't put effort in. If you're talking about the coding, that's just me not being that good with it. Even still, such a general review without any constructive criticism isn't needed, especially when you say there isn't enough effort in the images. Unless there is a "Yugioh themed images" site that I'm unaware of, I put in a lot just to find these.I have completed fixed the coding and images now.I have completed fixed the coding and images now. Icy
more effort into images is needed therefore my new policy (no lore + no effort = no rate) will deduct some points overall 4/10
Written Cards is around the corner if you want cards to have their Lore Posted. Otherwise, not every card needs it posted at all. Most are clear as day.
Lord Smeagle
Ok...I'm not gonna lie. Most of these cards need go back to the drawing board. You've got some ridiculous cards like Baby With A Knife right alongside solid cards like Assassin Hidden In The Clouds. Some of them are broken beyond all reason - Assassin Hidden In The Grave jumps to mind immediately. That's a free kill every turn as long as it's in the Graveyard and that is NOT difficult. Foolish Burial, anyone? You could have 3 of those hiding in the grave killing three monsters every turn and if that isn't broke, I don't know what is. False King also has crazy lockdown potential that has nothing to do with Assassins. Some of them are completely useless. Hanssassin, King of the Wolves is a good example. Fusions with no effect are never good unless you're running Instant Fusion Genex. I think what happened here is your set got rather off-track. I would say rethink a lot of these cards, and scrap some. I think you have too many Hanssassins. But some of them are really good. What I would do is take Assassin Hidden In The Clouds, and retool Assassin Hidden In The Grave to make it more balanced, and maybe take your Tuners and some of your Fusions, and get rid of everything else and start over. Aaaand... you need better pics. A lot of these are really bad for several reasons and they don't fit the idea of the cards. I strongly recommend going to this site, it's Jazin Kay's gallery where I get, like, 90% of my pics. There's a lot of good stuff in the Warrior section. Also, check out the OCG thread.

I was trying to make it a complete set that could be used in any deck rather than depend on itself. Baby with a Knife.....I was trying to think of a creepy normal and came up with that. King of Wolves purpose is to actually make Hunger of the Wolf less techable due to his OPness. The Hassansin's I was thinking to be an Archetype within the set. Hmm, I do need to debuff False King a bit. The concept of this Set however is that it's a Roullette Doom kind of set up, a Deck that can defeat you in many ways much like an Assassin has many ways to kill. I admit that it needs work, thanks for the link set This is mainly made to be a complete set, rather than a Deck style though I understand what you're saying. Hrm, now what pieces to pick and pry at haha. But yush, I've cut away a lot of stuff, edited some images and retooled some things.
FTW (For The Wynn)
Everyone else pretty much said everything I wanted to, so I'm gonna make a few points. 1. I would change the name of this thread. When I came on here, I expected to see a bunch of assassin/ninja related cards. While there were those, there were also cards with bats and demons and weird doctors and all kinds of things. I would call this a mash up of cards or better yet a pack. 2. In your spoilers, mark what cards are completed. I had to click on everything in order to figure it out. 3. I have no idea what the difference is between an Assassin and a Hassassin, save for an extra letter. 4. OCG is off some That being said, though, not bad for such a huge set. Just needs some polish.
If I new how to change the thread title, I would. I'm used to Proboards Forums lol I will mark them as such Hassansin's are the Upper League of Assassin's you could say, and they are Assassin Demons gifted with superior power. For a better referrence point, I was Inspired for them by Ninja Scroll. Yup, my OCG is a bit guh.

Go to edit, when it brings up the text box hit full edit or whatever that says, then at the top you can edit the title. As for OCG, you'll learn, we all do a little at a time. Welcome to YCM.
