Castles, they are kind of out of style these days. But as Fredrick mused, when your enjoying a nice water pipe and observing the stars from your tower balcony, you kinda don’t give a crap about style.

The soft footprints of his butler James interrupted Fredrick’s musings as he entered the balcony. “Ah so it is time then?” Fredrick inquired. James nodded and presented Fredric with a list of names.

“The planets have finally reached alignment. I have located the cards as well sir.” John said with a small smile playing on his lips.

Fredrick returned the smile as he read the list. “Let’s see here, Garireo Alejander, John Black, Sapphire Crystal, Kafca Dient, Ruby Fimbulvetr, Rosewer GAlliente, Cobalt Nigihtgate, Claude Rouge, and Isaak Vortez? Couldn’t fate have chosen people with simpler names?” Fredrick said with a slight smile. “Oh course you did send the invites right?” Fredrick was certain his butler remembered this task, but it can never hurt to double check.

James, pulled out a small stack of envelopes . “Already written and ready to send sir.” James said, a small tone of pride in his voice,

Fredrick took one of the letters and read it. “Let’s see here, blah blah, you’ve been invited to the Solar Tournament, yatta yatta, be at Neo Domino City Duel Tower on Sunday. Seems to be in order.” Fredrick said as he handed the note back.

James bowed. “Thank you sir, I shall begin mailing them at once.” He said as he left the balcony.

Fredrick looked at the stars, people once believed that the gods lived among these stars once. Fredrick hoped that it was true, cause they would be in for one heck of a show.

While it is true not all of the Nine were going to compete in the tournament, Rome was not built in a day. All he had to do was wait, this is going to be the world’s greatest moment when his plan finally comes to fruition, it is best to savor it.

All of the letters started this way. The rest of the letter differed for each recipent, except for the fact that they should all be at the Neo Domino City Duel Tower on Sunday. They had also all been given a different codename, each of them corresponding one of the nine planets in the Solar System.[/spoiler]

I just fixed grammar and punctuation. I might change some other things later like the "Suddenly another man..." sentence. That sentence was just awkward.

I'm a writer, but I don't know the plot. PM me or something. Don't give it away in this thread.
