J-Max
Thanks to Yankee's little Topic in Realistic, I feel invigorated to improve my game after my 2 Month absense. I present the Eternal Chessboard. Made to manipulate the Levels of monsters on the field by assigning numbers. Here's a draft for now Eternal Chessboard Continuous Spell Both players assign each of their Monster Card Zones with a number from 1 to 5 (each number must be different). Every monster on each Monster Card Zone has its Level upgraded or downgraded by the selected number. Once per Turn during each players Standby Phase, they can Pay 500 Life Points to activate 1 of the following effects. - Switch the position of 2 of the selected Monster Card Zones. - Select 1 face-up monster on the field. This card is treated as a Tuner until the End Phase. - Reverse the effect of a upgrade or downgrade of 1 selected Monster Card Zone. This may not seem much at first but I thought I would share it.... Andross88
Very interesting idea. However, since it affects both players, wouldn't it be better as a Field Spell? Link to comment
Baroque in Paradise
Very interesting idea. However, since it affects both players, wouldn't it be better as a Field Spell?
I'm somewhat inclined to agree, though at the same time it could remain a Continuous Spell -- after all, if Royal Oppression can be used by both players . . . The concept is interesting, though I've got one question: how do you determine whether the value of a Monster Card Zone is an upgrade or downgrade, initially? I know that the effect lets you flip it around from up-to-down or down-to-up, but how is it determined initially? Link to comment
