In Written Cards, yes. First 1 is awesome, card run over almost everything. If i remember correctly, it was made to screw Herald, no?

Storm Dragon's balanced, worse than Goyo but meh.

7/10 because it looks like it could be OK against Herald.

Typhoon is good, immunity to Traps is always good. Maybe a higher ATK stat would be better.

I actually think that Goyo should be banned if a similar card is released. Right now he is not banned, because he can keep some big guys in check.

Should I remove the "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon." clause?

Shura into Vayu into 2 copies of Typhoon is almost like and easier to stop Jurrac Guivre into a Jurrac but with 100 more ATK and an "arguably" better effect and support. Not sure that he needs more ATK. Maybe a little effect boost, but I do not know how to improve it without changing it.

I hadn't thought of the implications of Shura into Vayu equals Synchro x2. There probably will never be a Level 5 Blackwing Synchro for that very reason, or it would have to have a mediocre ATK/effect, like yours does.

I would like to see a Level 9 Blackwing Synchro, though...

Oh, and I like Storm Dragon, it's pretty balanced, although I have to question the Typing. So many Synchros are Dragons already, why not make it something else? Plus, decks that run Debris Dragon would get a huge power boost, as the current Level 6 option is essentially a 2500 Attacker with a negative effect.

It won't be a very big boost. You get a bigger beatstick that can run over Stardust and the likes, does not mill, but cannot attack directly.
