Discuss my favorite tuner.

Eff: You can return 1 face-up monster you control to the hand to Special Summon this card from your hand. If that monster was a WIND monster, this card gains 500 ATK. If this card was Summoned this way, remove it from play when it is removed from the field.

If the returning wasn't a cost, it would be more brken than..........some cards. As it is, it's a good tuner that synergizes with Salvo and Debris Dragon. Expect it to be ran in Monarch variants when it and Locomotion come out.

If its returning weren't a cost, the Gallis FTK wouldn't work.
I'm not exactly sure about why this would be too different if the returning weren't a cost. It would only make sure that your monster stays if Birdman is negated.

I'm not seeing how this is so amazing. It's a Level 3 DARK Tuner that can kinda "transform" from another monster, possibly becoming a 1900 ATK Level 3 along the way, or allows a Monarch's Tribute Summon effect to activate again. I understand how that second use is powerful in Monarchs, but I still don't get why it is so handy otherwise.

Either I'm missing something else and/or these uses are what makes it so amazing. Please enlighten me.

You could bounce tokens for it, and stuff. The best things about it are that it lets you reuse cards like Ryko and Monarchs, adds more speed to decks that need it, and can be combined with Caius or Malicious to make Locomotion.
