Why does no one understand Anime Rules=/=OCG Rules=/=Manga Rules, each medium has its own rules, plus the Anime and Manga tends to have cards before the rules. No point the Anime following 'OCG Rules' for a card that won't come out for MONTHS or NEVER come out.
