control (except this card). If a Level 7 or higher monster you control is removed from the
field, you can skip your next Draw Phase to add the removed monster to your hand.[/b]

Like some other members here, using the term 'Banish' to replace 'remove from play' can really
help to shorten the effect on a card to make reading easier and the font size more bearable.
The same thing works with 'This card inflicts Piercing Damage' (which is OCG).

This is à good card for à high-level deck. 9/10

[b]OCG / Common Sense:[/b]
OCG is flawless. No errors whatsoever. Will probably try to get in the habit of using the word 'Banish' now, mainly because it saves space and well, it sounds much more epic then just 'remove from play'.

[b]Effect / Originality:[/b]
Quite the heavy requirements to get it out. A Release and 3 Banishes? Now lets see if this will all be worthwhile. It can easily get out Level 7+'s just by Tributing / Releasing another monster beside this, but IMO, you should add (ignoring the Summoning Conditions) to make it more useful, seeing most Level 7+ monsters are Nomi's. But then again, this can break the card to becoming OP'd. It can also recycle your Level 7+'s just by skipping your next Draw Phase. Quite original. There is a lack of high Level support in the TCG. Off-topic, but this card really convinced me to get your Template that much more. I'll probably buy it later on though, either when I finish my current archetype or possibly as late as Summer 2011. I also still have to download GIMP so...xP

Would be useful in Decks that run a decent amount of high Level monsters. That is, if the monster doesn't have any Nomi requirements. Like I said before, would be more balanced if it would ignore Summoning Conditions to get out said Level 7+ monster. Balance on the other hand, is either well, balanced or OP'd. The poor-ish stats for being a Level 8 can somewhat balance it out. Also, seeing it's a Level 8, it's a target for Trade-In. And it DOES waste (if you want to call it a waste) a Normal Summon to get out the high Level monster, even though you can still Special Summon the best you can during that turn. True question is, can I see this getting Banned / Limited? No. Semi-Limited? Possibly?

[b]XD Thanks, I do my best. And about 'Banish', it's not official so OCG nazis would get angry, but it does really help, especially with the YCM card maker as it squashes the text.[/b]

[b]XD Well with the 3 remove from plays, its a quicker way, but balanced, to get out a monster, really its just 1 Tribute + 3 less Graveyard monsters. And if you're running Nomi's, then you shouldn't need this XP Unless you run other Summonable monsters. Also the template lol, it does lots of stuff, I just usually only make Effects and Synchros.[/b]

[b]I suppose it could become Semi-Limited, but it is a high level monster, and so harder to Summon, it's like a Cyberstein or anything. XD[/b]
