Ok that's good to know, though I think that can actually make this a little OPed. I would have it just for 5 turns of your opponent's turns

Well, halving it for 5 turns makes the monster an easy target either way...

Yea, but you maybe dont manage to destroy. Then that monster may not be easy to destroy. Change it for 5 - 3 turns and it will not be OPed

I think it's fine ^-^ It's a nice effect, and it only negates 1 effect/halves 1 monster. Plus, it targets the monster, by default, so it is easier to stop on some occasions.
